The suggested Day Program group size is 50 participants (five activity groups). Larger groups are more difficult to accommodate when schools are in residence, due to potential staffing shortage and possible unavailability of buildings. If you wish to bring large groups, we urge you to consider splitting the trip into two or more separate days with smaller groups.

Information you will be asked for includes organization name, contact information, number and age of participants, number of chaperones if applicable, preferred dates, arrival and departure time, how many activity periods you would like, and which activities you would like. With this information, a schedule and prices will be calculated and you will be sent a confirmation letter to sign and return to us. The confirmation letter will include directions to the Ashokan Center and a Pre-Trip Checklist to help you prepare for the field trip.

Before your arrival, we will also need your organization's insurance information and tax exemption certification (if applicable).
