Late Arrival: We reserve the right to change the schedule as needed if a group arrives late. If changes are necessary, the school is responsible for payment according to its original schedule.

Inclement Weather: It is the school group leader's choice whether or not to cancel a field trip due to inclement weather. We teach in any weather as long as it is considered safe for everyone involved. High winds, lightning, torrential downpours or blizzard conditions would cancel classes. If you choose to cancel because of weather, you are not responsible for payment as long as you inform us of your decision a minimum of two hours prior to your expected arrival time.

Rain Dates: We do not prearrange rain dates. If a group chooses to cancel, we will then try to arrange another date.
