Are dietary needs and menu options accommodated? Yes! We can accommodate Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets You may choose your napkin color and request additional linens	FOOD

Are there noise or curfew restrictions? No noise ordinance in town No curfew at the venue
Can we decorate the venue? Yes! You may bring string lights, flowers, candles (some restrictions apply), photos, and more Not allowed: Nails, tape, or anything that causes permanent damage to property Cleanup: Couples are responsible for removing all decorations after the event	WEDDINGS
Can we use our own caterer? No. Outside catering is not permitted Ashokan provides in-house catering led by a culinary-trained executive chef	FOOD
Do you have recommended vendors? Yes, we offer a list of trusted vendors for: Liquor bar services Florists Photographers Cakes and cupcakes Officiants Bands and DJs Hair and makeup Wedding planners/day-of coordinators Nanny services Yoga instructors Transportation and shuttles	WEDDINGS
Do you offer catering packages? We do not use pre-set packages Every menu is customized based on your preferences	FOOD
How do our guests book lodging? The couple assigns lodging Guests call the Ashokan Center directly to make payments by phone	WEDDINGS
How many guests can the Ashokan Center accommodate? Dining Room: Seats up to 190 guests Lodging: Accommodations for 176 guests Additional camping is available	ACCOMODATIONS
Is a deposit required to book our date? Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date Full facility fee must be paid by cash, check, or ACH transfer
Is there a minimum lodging requirement? No. There is no requirement to rent out an entire lodge	ACCOMODATIONS
Is wedding insurance required? Yes, and it's included in your facility rental	WEDDINGS
What rentals are included with the venue? Ceremony seating Bar and dinner glassware Cocktail tables Linen napkins (color options available) Parking and assistance for guests with mobility needs	WEDDINGS
